1-to-1 Coaching.

Think clearly. Act deliberately. Grow capability.

Reflections into results.

Clarity. Ownership. Momentum.

Coaching is invaluable because it builds capability while work is happening – not after the fact.

A coach creates the conditions for better thinking; they listen deeply, ask the questions nobody else is asking, challenge assumptions and help you translate insight into powerful actions that you’ll actually take.

It builds confidence, clarity and consistency in how people lead themselves and others, using real work challenges as the learning ground.

The coaching engagement.

How does it work?

Coaching offers the opportunity to look at things from a new or different perspective, to challenge yourself and the beliefs and actions you hold, and realise your true potential.

By increasing your self-awareness through coaching, you become able to identify your own solutions, better manage personal frustration and tap into your resourcefulness.

Shaped around you.

Simple, flexible and transparent.

No two journeys look the same. Together we’ll agree the focus, the pace and the shape of your programme – built around your goals, not a template.
A simple, transparent rhythm keeps it purposeful for you and valuable for your business.

Chemistry conversation

A free 30-minute conversation to get to know each other, explore what you’d like to achieve and answer any questions. Coaching works best when there’s a strong connection, so if it doesn’t feel right, there’s no obligation to continue.
Agreeing how we’ll work together

Where coaching is sponsored, we’ll bring together the coach, coachee and sponsor to align expectations, goals and measures of success. We’ll also agree how confidentiality will work, so everyone feels clear and comfortable from the outset.
Goals, focus and preparation

Before each session, the coachee shares a short reflection on what’s happening for them, the challenges they’re facing, and what they’d like to explore. This helps us make the most of our time together and focus on what really matters.
Thinking space that leads to action

Typically, coaching involves four to six conversations, held every four to six weeks. Sessions can take place virtually or face-to-face and are tailored to the individual’s goals. Between sessions, there is time to reflect, experiment with new approaches and put insights into practice.
Reviewing progress

Partway through and at the end of the coaching journey, we take time to reflect on progress, celebrate successes and identify next steps. Sponsors receive agreed high-level themes and outcomes, while the coaching conversations themselves remain confidential.

Throughout, you own the agenda. Your coach owns the quality of the thinking.
