With over 10 years’ experience working within the world of people, starting out in a Change Management role, Charlotte became fascinated with how people behave so differently when presented with the same situation. She was curious to understand the root cause of their reaction, be it their life experience, values, behavioural preference or something different entirely. When working in Change Management she learnt people move at a difference pace and some need more support than others which led her to certify as a Coach and the rest as they say is history!
Charlotte loves being part of peoples development journeys and seeing the 'light bulb' moments of self-awareness and group awareness, the realisation of why some relationships feel easier than others and how to get the best out of the more challenging relationships through changing your style and acknowledging not everyone thinks like you. She specialises in leadership and management development, psychometric testing and coaching. For her, it is important that every learning solution that’s provided is as unique as the person and/or team it is designed for.
She began freelance coaching which gave her the confidence to step further into the world of self-development, where she discovered a passion for Learning and Development as a whole. Since then, her love for it has only grown and she became a certified DISC Practitioner with TTI Success Insights.
With an importance on making participants feel comfortable whilst attending her training, it means they are open to sharing their experiences and knowledge with the group, and peer-to-peer learning is key for the outputs of the day. She has a relaxed approach with well-crafted questions and activities. Charlotte takes a real interest of who is in the room and how she can ensure she is going to help them on their personal journey of growth, she gets her energy from seeing others develop and achieve what they want in life.
Outside of work, Charlotte is kept busy with a young family and a dog. She loves spending her time on woodland walks with them all. When she does have a moment to herself, she enjoys reading, meditating and aromatherapy.

After a transformative stint with a leading Australian bank spanning over 12 years, Tim cultivated a rich set of skills ranging from customer service to leadership, coaching to business management. It was during this time that he realised his true passion lay in coaching and training, prompting a deliberate shift towards a career in Learning and Development.
Tim’s journey has taken him through pivotal roles like Head of Training, Organisational Development Manager and Learning & Development Manager. Each position has contributed to shaping his approach in the classroom (face-to-face and virtually). A trainee once aptly described his style as "Tim is relaxed, professional, interactive, and informative; with a dose of humour" — a testament to his commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment.
For him, the ideal moment in any training session is witnessing that illuminating 'light-bulb' moment in delegates. It's the driving force behind his dedication to Learning and Development, a passion that still resonates with him as strongly as it did two decades ago.
He believes in motivating individuals to find their own inner drive and embraces the opportunity to facilitate this journey of self-discovery and empowerment, making him a natural fit for the PeopleUnboxed team.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys music, reading, sports, but most of all spending time with his family and friends.
